In an effort to attract residents to its parks the City of Haverhill, MA, recently received grant funds from the PARC program to beautify their grounds.  Cashman Field, Swasey Field, and Riverside Park are home to ball fields, playgrounds, walking paths, open spaces, and now Clivus restrooms.  With
